informative, and encourages engagement. They use hashtags to help promote their
products and create a sense of community among their followers. They also use
social media to announce special offers, such as free samples or discounts.
Dunkin Donuts also runs campaigns to reach potential customers, such as
contests and giveaways (Shastri, 2023). Finally, they use these platforms to
communicate with customers directly, gathering feedback and responding to
concerns and questions (Shastri, 2023).
